ing. Robert Cotofana is a member of FLEX team and operator of one of the three mega-sumo robots having won multiple national and international competitions. He is currently pursuing a PhD in machine learning and working at Infineon Technologies Romania as a test development engineer. Robert is also passionate about amateur radio and astronomy.

Stefan Florin started as a developer in 2008 and became a web architect for platforms, when he opened his first company in 2012 as Web Agency. He joined us in 2017 where he and his team Won the first place of DevHacks 2017. He is a dedicated mentor and coach as we saw in 2018 when he supported the winning teams in creating their presentations.

rapid prototyping company. This experience did not only help her easily acquire the “tech
dictionary”, but also offered her the opportunity to experiment with both hardware and software
while contributing to the development, from scratch, of various projects. As a self-directed
person, Madalina strongly believes that investing in education always pays off. That is why,
through the educational programs designed and implemented at inventeaza.ro (Robotics
courses for children aged 7 to 17, internship programs for students interested in STEM careers,
competitions etc.) she wants to contribute to building a viable learning ecosystem from early
